Realivision News - Special Collector's Edition

Changes are afoot here at Realivision! First off, you may or may not have noticed that I've fallen slightly behind, especially with Big Brother. Let's face it, with a full-time job and writing these recaps too, something as simple as going to get my hair done throws everything off-whack, then throw in the lack of sleep on top of it I also got a little burned out.
Don't get worried though, it won't be the end of full recaps. It just means there will be fewer of them. Sometimes there will be partial recaps, other times it will just be commentary. It really depends on the show. I plan on fully recapping The Amazing Race, but only partially recapping or just commenting on Dancing With the Stars.
So starting from now, the titles you see at the top will be changing in format. Instead of "Bungee Jumping With Boy Bands - Air Date August 15", you will now see "Bungee Jumping With Boy Bands - Aired Aug. 15 - Full Recap".
This change will mean less content for some shows, but it will let me cover more shows at one time while still having a semblance of a life.

If you spend any time at all on most of the bigger reality television message boards out there, you know of the negativity and bashing that goes on. There are those of us who would like to discuss the shows and other stuff too in a slightly more positive manner. Thus the birth of Reality Lives. Okay, so the site is still under construction, but the message board isn't and I'd like to invite you to come join it.
Amy Crews-Oulette from Big Brother 3 is a member, and there will be more reality contestants to follow (and for the record, if you're still upset about the interview shown on All-Stars you should find out how badly she was edited to make it appear that she said things about Marcellas and Janelle that she didn't).
So if you're tired of people jumping on you for having a different opinion on a contestant? Tired of non-stop hate and the trashing of reality contestants? Do you enjoy the bashing but want a place to take a breather and still discuss the shows? Come join us!

Finally, you know I like Marcellas. Above how good he's been to me and Realivision, he also does a lot for charity, and I'd like to share this particular good cause with you.

CBS REALITY TV STAR, MARCELLAS REYNOLDS, INTENDS TO MAKE AN IMPACT BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE BIG BROTHER ALL-STARS HOUSE WITH A CHARITY TEE

It's not just "Chicken George" who is getting a free food pass from Marcellas this week.

Marcellas Reynolds, the charismatic television fashion stylist and repeat contestant on CBS's summer hit reality TV series, Big Brother, practices what he preaches. Before reentering the "Big Brother" house last month as part of the "All-Stars" cast, he put a plan in action to continue to raise money in support of his favorite charity, Project Angel Food.

An avid supporter and fundraiser for the Los Angeles based Project Angel Food, Marcellas designed a "Team Marcellas" tee, available for sale starting today, with all profits going to the charity. Project Angel Food, an organization whose mission is to provide meals for men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS and other serious illness, provides well over 1,200 nutritious meals a day to the community. Knowing the immense impact the organization makes, this is Marcellas' way of keeping perspective of what's important both inside and outside of the game.

To purchase a "Team Marcellas" tee, please visit:

Or for more information on Project Angel Food, visit http://www.angelfood.org

It's a good cause and even if you don't want the t-shirt, why not buy one anyway then donate that, new and unworn, to charity too?

I agree with Icarus. I love the commentary, and your amazing wit...I already know what happened.
