Interview with Nakomis of Big Brother: All-Stars (New!)

The staff at Realivision made no secret of the fact that one of our favourites going into Big Brother: All-Stars was Nakomis, and she was even before our first interview with her.
Alas seeing her in the final two was not meant to be as she was evicted well before she should have even been a target thanks to some logic that still leaves us confused. She has kindly consented to a second interview and to give us an insider's look at what happened in the Big Brother house.

***

Hi, Nakomis. Let me just start by saying it really sucks to be talking to you again so soon. I and so many others were really hoping you'd go much farther. I could ask what went wrong, but it seems like there was so much, so let's cover it bit by bit, starting with Alison's eviction. The only two votes she got were from you and Diane. How big of a shock was that?

well seeing as the other house guests at the last minute changed their minds with ali's lies being the main reason, i wasn't that supprised but i did think that atleast one other person would have stuck to their word, but it was just me and diane.

The idea to get Janelle on the block was Danielle's (and it was a good one, though her plan was to just mix things up), so how did Alison end up getting the brunt of the reaction?

ali started acting all crazy towards the end and that made people think that it was her idea!

One thing that was driving me crazy was it seemed like nobody was talking to anybody. When Danielle went to George, she was the only one. When Alison went to James, she was the only one. Why aren't people talking outside of their alliances?

because the 6ers are very tight (or are they) but they didn't really want to invite anyone in even when they made the deal with me i was just on a needs to know basis with what theyu were thinking...and chill town didn't trust any one but chill town

Many of the moves being made this season make no sense at all. Kaysar made a deal with Chill Town and then put you and Diane on the block. After you two were left hanging following Alison's eviction, it made so much more sense to have gone to you with a deal and then go after Will and Boogie. What do you think is going on there?

i have no clue what kaysar was thinking! but he thought that chill town would come after the 6ers but they will never get an HOH (or so it seems) so he made a deal to lower the hit on his head from first on their list to fourth.

Okay, I've got to get a little critical here because it's something that makes me a little crazy whenever it happens. When you and Diane were nominated, you both said you would not campaign against each other. Why not agree to campaign, shake hands, and promise to root for whichever one of you stays in the house?

cause if one of us campained a little too hard it would freak the house out too much that is what happened with ali and it , after the 6ers bulling people to vote to keep me, is what made me leave this house seems to not favor campaining.

Do you think Diane's crying was for real or was it a deliberate ploy?

it was so just her she is for the most part an emotional player and she gets hurt super easy!

One of the most surprising things to come up in All-Stars is how many people still have issues left over from their seasons. All of Season Six, particularly James and backdooring, Marcellas with Danielle, Erika with Alison, and Jase with you. Did any of this come as a shock to you, and were you in any way surprised that Jase didn't get up to wish you goodbye?

people holding onto the past this season really blew me away... it's a game why hold a grudge? and with jase no he hates me and why get up for someone you hate...

We didn't get to see your goodbye videos! Did you get to see them, and if so, how were they?

i did see my vidios and they were great.... i wish everyone could have seen

Why is everyone playing like they're terrified of Season Six? The last HoH was practically handed to them after Jase's eviction when non-BB6ers could have knocked them out but didn't (Erika booting out George was particularly safe). Do you see any of them willing to actually put a BB6er on the block if anyone other than a BB6er ever wins HoH?

i have no clue!!! it's hoh comps like that, that make me still want to be in the house!! no one is wanting to take a stand!

Personally I'm sick of hearing about "floaters". You and Diane seemed to be painted with that brush even though you had an alliance with each other and seemingly with Alison. Are these people seeing "floaters" as anyone who isn't with Season Six or Chill Town, even if they have alliances?

yea that's how it seems the two "power" alliances seem to think that there can only be two sides in the game and i hope that this season that there will be a third, cause that's what i was trying to do before i left....

Howie. CBS only showed one nasty thing he said about you, but there was so much more. What are your thoughts about him and why he was acting that way?

first off the things he said about me were un called for! but i think he does it because when a girl thinks for her self and wont let him objectify them it gets under his skin.... the funny thing is that i never saw howie as a threat! he holds season 6 back and if i was in the final two with him it would have made it easy for me to win! the whole thing was childish.

Other than him, was there anything that surprised you once you got out of the house?

that will was as random in the dr as he was in the house.

If you were to do it all over again, what would you have done differently, if anything?

um... i don't think i could have done anything but scratch the whole third team idea and join up with the 6ers earlier

Who would you like to see win now and who do you expect to see win?

i would like to see diane win but i see a 6er or will winning.

So what's up next for Nakomis?

work and school!

I'm going to name the All-Stars, and what do you think of first?

Diane: emotional and unpredictable

Alison: could have stayed

George: chicken

Kaysar: smart but the ego will get him

Will: lowers moral

Janelle: smart and hot a good combo. to win

Boogie: lets party

Howie: fupa

Will: smart smart man

Danielle: she's gawna get ya

Jase: grudge

James: same ol' tricks

Erika: lisa?

Thank you very much for your time once again, Nakomis! Is there anything you'd like to say before we finish here?

thank you to all those who voted or cheered me on! you guys rock!!

Thank you, good luck with whatever life brings you!

Addendum: When I got Nakomis' responses I realized that I put Will down twice and left out Marcellas of all people. Yeah, I'm still shaking my head.
I also can't express how grateful I am to Nakomis for taking the time twice to answer questions for us. "Thank you" just isn't enough.

Hi Nakomis!
Let me just say "YOU ROCK!" I really was looking forward to watching you again this season... and was especially sorry to see you go so soon. The Houseguests were right to be afraid of you but I wanted you to "RockTheHouse!" You would have been the one person that would have done what you wanted... without any regrets and I'm sad that no one got to see it. I think you should try out for Amazing Race... You'd be Awesome!

Tabby, when it comes to interviews you rock the house! You always seem to ask the questions that I wouldn't have thought to ask, but wanted to know the answer to.

All the best to Nakomis. Her time was WAY too short. Kaysar deserves a swift kick for even nominating her. But at least she knows it was because she was feared! So many times I heard them say, "But Nakomis is smart!"

I'm so glad to know that she got to see her good bye videos.
